How soon can you start my project?

How do I pay you?
At McGill Construction Inc., we will create a project plan at our first meeting that details every cost of the project. Payments/draws will be expected at various points during the project. We will go over details during your consultation. Absolutely NO surprises. We can advise you with various lenders that will help you apply for home equity lines of credit if necessary. We accept cash or check.
What can I expect during the project?
After we discuss your ideas, we will work together to create a detailed contract and production schedule. At McGill Construction Inc., we want to know your goals for the project, things that might concern you, and where your budget is fixed. Once our crew begins work, we keep you updated every step of the way through text, photos and emails even if you are unavailable in person.
What kind of crew do you utilize?
Our employees handle framing, siding and finish work. We only utilize professionals who are dedicated workers. Any subcontractors utilized during your project are fully licensed, bonded and insured as well.
Where do the products you use come from?
All project requirements differ, but we strive to use local resources as much as possible. With years of experience in the industry, we have relationships with many quality manufacturers and businesses that allow us to pass on the savings to you.
